re:act posters

These posters focus on climate change in the Pacific Northwest. The objective was to create posters that would inform and educate viewers on the negative impacts of climate change.

Print Design, Illustration

For this project focusing on climate change in Corvallis, I decided to use local insects. The butterfly poster is an informative poster on how butterflies in the PNW are affected by climate change. The poster with bees informs the reader on how much bees help our environment and how humans could not physically do the job of bees if they were to go instinct. As a duo, the posters give a well-rounded view on how climate change could affect the plants and animals native to Corvallis, OR.

Both posters include custom illustrations, but the butterfly poster includes hand illustrated/ watercolored butterflies, cut out and photographed to look more life-like.
